Mint chutney

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp mint leaves, about 10g
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 150g tub of low fat natural yogurt
  • squeeze of lime or lemon

Directions

  1. Blitz the mint leaves, sugar and yogurt with some freshly ground black pepper until well blended. Add the lime or lemon juice before serving.
