Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup quick-cooking or old fashioned oats
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until mostly smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten each cookie with the back of the fork.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes until the edges of the cookies are set. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving. Texture will be best when freshly made.
