Yogurt Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon brown sug

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar. Mix well.
  2. Serve with sliced apples, pears or other fruit.
