Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup low-fat yogurt (or a
  • 5.3-ounce container)
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 cups ice, if desired

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve.
